Niiiiice

I find it funny when you hear some of NG's artists who would beat out the pros in a talent faceoff.

The rap has great rhythm and smooth delivery, and even the piece isn't mundane and irritating like much professional rap is.

This is certainly a great work! Keep it up!

StealthSteve responds:

I'm not going to say that I'm better than all of the pros out there, but yes, I think I could definately wipe the floor with a bunch of them. Lyricism is not what really sells though, but we all knew that. :P

Thanks for the support my man.

Kinda RE-ish

It sounds like it was composed with a Resident Evil inspiration.

It's very well done. It's just a shame that it's only a loop.

RyeGuyHead responds:

No really inspiration, besides the day of evil.

I could make this longer, but i really like the way it wraps

Nice intro

Mixing-wise, you seriously need to crank that guitar up and I believe I heard a bass; that too needs be brought up in volume.

Otherwise, it still fits into the awesome ranks with that clip.

Bonemill responds:

Glad you liked it :)

Very atmospheric. A tad repetitive.

Although it didn't really build to a climax, it sustained and developed adding more instrument layers. This would be ideal for background music to just about any kind of scene.

kevs91 responds:

Yeah, I know what you mean. It didn't really climax, but that's not really the feel I was going for. I think it could be pretty good background music in the right situations, too.

Thanks for the review.

Ideal for game music

It's not particularly my personal taste in electronic music, but it is certainly good work. I have no complaints towards the technical factors of this piece.

Great job! This would make ideal video game music.

GothHawk responds:

=O yay!
^_^ Thank you.

Very well done

This is probably one of the most interesting and passionate trance pieces I've heard in a good long time. The intruments are wel compressed, EQed, and mixed.

I have no complaints to make. This is great work!

A-New-Decade responds:

Wow, thanks a lot!

This piece exhibits your experience

This piece shows an example of your talent for electronic music as well as your organization and instrumentation.

I cannot honestly point out anything I'd change. I can tell that you had to compress this at a lower bitrate for the sake of uploading it which kinda blows, but it's a nice piece nonetheless.

Good job!

Pandora-Tranquil responds:

Thank you for being the first to review this and actually listen!

you shouldhave voted on it!

But thank you for your review, im glad you liked it.

Not bad for a dance piece

It doesn't have the full oomph of a dance beat (as far as the kick drum goes), but understand that it is a difficult thing to pull off in the EQing process.

Although, despite that one point, this is a well-composed dance piece that would go very well in just about any dance club.

Good job!

snayk responds:

Thanks for the review :)

Yeah, I don't really know anything about EQ =/ so I just go by what sounds good thru my speakers.

I'd like to learn about it though. I know that eventually I'll figure it out.

Thanks again :D

Good ol' FL Slayer

You had a good amount of instrument layering, but I would tone the guitars down just a bit. They overpower everything else just slightly along with the sine lead you have in the ethereal octaves. Once everything starts coming in, the entire piece really starts to peak to a very bad degree.

Altogether, not a bad piece, but it needs some serious mixing work.

ArisingFlame responds:

Haha, yeah. Replacing the slayer with my own guitar as I type ^_^... well... kinda. Anyway, Yes, they need to be toned down. I just brought them out for the purpose of showing how it related to my other song "lullabye". The peaking is terrible, I haven't gotten mastering quite yet. ^_^

Thank you for your review!

I have to give this credit

Interesting little diddy about eggs fucking...... >.>

Anyway, I can't deny that the composition of this piece was intriguing and the mixing/EQing/mastering of this piece is flawless to a professional level.

While not my taste in lyrical theme, this was a very well-made piece.

*hehe* ^^
