Maybe it's the lack of hours at work. Maybe it's the boredom of not really having much to do in WoW aside from taking a break from end-game dailies to raise a Night Elf Rogue.

I'm thinking about doing a small series of video-game rendition music. Something non-Zelda. Any ideas?

So I lied about the part where I'd have videos, because I brought my digital camcorder and it turned out Joel and David were already shooting video documenting the event, so I figured I'd leave it to them to post it.

There will be some pics, what little I managed to get.

But anyway...

The premiere was an utter success! Not only were there many people for the private 5pm show but the line for the public 7:30pm show went outside the building and damn near wrapped around the building. Both screenings were very well received, which was awesome.

Only part that sucked was that I went to the afterparty before the 7:30 showing and found out that my fans were looking for me, and then I remembered I DID tell them I'd be there (basically, it was a "Oh.....SHIT" moment). So I ran back to the theater and sat in on the last half and was there talking to the people after the movie was over. So I apologize for those of you who missed me (although you may have seen me walking out of the theater; I was wearing my white Blood Elf T-shirt)

It was really great seeing a lot of fans there, and getting to talk to some of them, especially a couple fans that I recognized from fan responses to the movie updates.

So yeah, keep track with the website (www.theherooftime.com) for further updates on future screenings, and I'm almost sure that they will probably release the video document of this premiere on the website (/points to Shadowhawk).

It was great fun, a great film, and a great turnout. Thank you to all of you who came.

Today (5/3/09) I pack. Tomorrow (5/4/09) I leave for Atlanta to prepare for the World Premiere of "The Hero of Time". If you live in or near the Atlanta area, of if you're willing to road-trip it, I recommend that you don't miss this. I'm really excited about it, and I plan to hang out at the theater before the movie starts. I'm eager to see you guys, and I hope you guys enjoy the film and its music!

I'm bringing my digital camcorder along with me, so when I come back (Sunday night, 6/7/09) I'll have some pics on my Myspace from the event and a video of how things went. See you guys there!

Showtime: June 6th, 2009 @ 7:30pm

Off to Atlanta

My hotel is booked and I am ready to rock for the Hero of Time premiere in ATL on June 6th!!

I have to say that I'm very excited. This is my first experience in getting to see a film with my music being put up on the big screen!

While this premiere is intended for cast/crew, everyone who's anyone is invited if you can attend. The whole Hero of Time team will be there, including myself. I'll look forward to meeting some of you!

Also, to address the confusion about ticket prices, the ticket prices will be $8. It's about your average movie ticket price.

I am very much looking forward to that night. June 6th at the Plaza Theater in Atlanta, GA. Haven't quite figured out how I'm going to get there, but I'll figure something out. I wouldn't miss this night for anything.

Might make a road trip out of it.

I have uploaded (with permission) the audition piece to "The Hero of Time".

You can read more about the piece on its submission page.

Also, don't forget to take a look at the Hero of Time Soundtrack Montage video!

After a long time of begging David Blane (producer of "Hero of Time") to allow me to release some bit of music to the public, he not only agreed to this, but even made this montage video himself (of course with my intro), and has asked me to post it on my YouTube (which he will shortly add it to the front page of the website) for credit sake.

So here's some of the musical tidbits you've been waiting for...

I hated my corner-desk setup, so I put this getup together. I'm liking it so far.
